Terms and Conditions

It is our objective to make your equipment purchasing or renting experience as comfortable as possible. As with all transactions of this nature, terms and conditions that compliment and protect both the buyer and seller, must be agreed to prior to consummating the sale or rental. Please read the following information as an overview of our typical terms and conditions.

All devices listed on this website are subject to availability and prior sale.

Terms and Conditions for All Transactions:

	A sale or rental agreement must be agreed to and signed by both parties
	An earnest payment or deposit must accompany the signed agreement
	The agreement must define the terms for pick up and shipping
	The agreement must define any services included, i.e. installation, etc.
	The agreement must include an estimated delivery or pickup date
	All transactions will include the right to inspect the equipment

Associates recommends that all buyers inspect the equipment prior to finalizing the transaction!

Additional Terms and Conditions for All International Transactions:

	All International Sales are As Is, Where Is
	Associates cannot offer installation, or follow on maintenance services
	All International Transactions must be 100% paid in advance via wire transfer

Terms and Conditions for Selling Your Equipment Through Associates:

	The Seller must provide a complete listing of all components for sale
	A service history must be available to prospective buyers
	The equipment must be available for inspection by the buyer
	Associates Imaging will charge a fee of 15% of the gross selling price
	Associates Imaging will facilitate all aspects of the sale, including the contract

Terms and Conditions for Renting Mobile Equipment:

	Freight and delivery charges must be defined
	Lessee must comply with insurance and indemnity clauses of the contract
	Estimated start and stop dates must be included
	Length of term and extension provisions must be defined
